Beans are a source of antioxidants that most people do not know much about, but they are chock full of great nutrients for you and your body.  Small, red beans have been found to have even more antioxidant power than blueberries, which means that you can get quite a bit of antioxidant benefit by adding small, red beans to your diet a few times a week.  Other beans have antioxidants as well, although their amounts are slightly lower than the small, red bean.

Spices are another source of antioxidants that most people do not know much about.  Ground cloves, cinnamon, and oregano are rich sources of antioxidants, but since they are used in smaller quantities, it is difficult to get a rich source from simply using spices.  Combining these spices with other antioxidant foods, however, can give you really big impact, however.  If you want to do everything possible to look and feel younger for much longer, adding these spices to your cooking repertoire is a great idea.
